WatchYesterday was my premier performance in powerlifting at the Hawke Challenge. I didn’t place. Some of the people I was competing against have been doing it for years, I’ve only been doing it for a few months.
I set three new personal bests and participating in a refereed competition put me on the map as far as national recordkeeping and grading goes.
